State of New Jersey Department of Human Services

Founded in 1849, The Children's Aid Society of New York is one of the nation's oldest youth service programs. The software tracks site activities by funding source, supports policy decisions through an advanced query interface and generates custom management

Department of Education, University of California, Irvine
UC Irvine's Center for Research in Educational Assessment and Measurement has licensed YouthServices IT to support its Longitudinal Study of California's After School Learning and Safe Partnership Programs. The software supports the research by collecting student participation data, relating this information to staff and program attributes and exporting a detailed data file that is suitable for multivariate analysis using SAS statistical software.

The After School Corporation
The After School Corporation (TASC) provides funding and technical assistant to over 200 after-school programs in the New York City area. TASC has licensed YouthServices IT to manage data collection and reporting at 45 of its sites. In addition to recording site level information, the software generates a weekly electronic attendance file that serves as the basis for cost reimbursement requests to the New York City school district.

DC Children and Youth Investment Trust Corporation
The Washington DC Children and Youth Investment Trust Corporation provides funding and technical assistance to over 80 after-school programs in the Washington DC area. The Corporation has licensed YouthServices IT (renamed Webstars) to serve as a combined service and grant-management solution. Participation data from sites is collected and transferred to grant-reporting forms in order to support unit-based cost reimbursement.

San Francisco Beacon Initiative
The Community Network for Youth Development (CNYD) operates eight service centers that comprise the San Francisco Beacon Initiative. In order to manage its centers from a central location, CNYD has licensed a custom version of YouthServices IT. On a daily basis, the software allows centers to register youth and staff, track attendance in class activities and generate summary reports that summarize participant attributes and service patterns.

Claremont 21st Century Community Learning Centers
The Claremont 21st Century Community Learning Centers, located in rural New Hampshire, are a group of five program sites that provide after-school services for over 2,000 youth. The centers use YouthServices IT to meet federal reporting requirements for 21st CCLC funded programs. The software collects background information on participants, organizes services into 21st CCLC-defined categories and generates template reports that support the
21st CCLC Annual Performance Review.

California Mini-Corps

California Mini-Corps provides supplemental educational services to over 10,000 migrant youth residing in California farm-worker communities. To manage its 23 field offices from a central location, California Mini-Corps relies on the YouthServices IT Service Management Solution. On a daily basis, the software processes a range of administrative forms including youth-corps employment records, monthly work logs, home visit reports and teacher performance evaluations.

The Bridges at Riverside

The Bridges of Riverside is a 21st CCLC after-school program located rural Washington State. Bridges uses YouthServices IT to coordinate activities at its three field sites. On a daily basis, staff uses the software to record participant intake data, track attendance in group activities and print management reports, such as participant demographics and average daily attendance. The software is helping Bridges meet 21st CCLC reporting requirements.

Prior clients

Manpower Demonstration Research Project
MDRC is a nationally recognized social policy research organization. To support the Wallace-Reader's Digest Evaluation of Extended-Service Schools, MDRC used customized version of YouthServices IT. The software, implemented in eight cities nationwide, tracked youth demographics and program participation characteristics. Information generated by the software is compared to school performance data to measure the effectiveness of extended service schools.
