Can we transfer existing data into the YouthServices IT?

Can I export YouthServices IT data to other programs?
Yes. A file export tool is provided that allows data to be downloaded to software programs, such as Microsoft Excel®. The database supports “key” fields, such as school IDs, which can be used to connect to external data sets.

Do you offer Help Desk services?
Yes. Help Desk services are available. Organizations may request support via email or an 800 number. Our Help Desk operates during business hours (M-F 7:00 am - 4:00 pm PST).

Does YouthServices IT provide training?
Yes. Our staff offers on-site training for individuals and groups. We can create a training program that meets your specific needs.
