Our process
- Proposal
An
implementation manager will work with you to outline the project
and define success factors. We’ll submit a quote and production
schedule that reflect your requirements and work within your
timeline.
- Design
Phase
During the design phase, we evaluate your
data collection requirements and decide how these will be
reflected within the solution. You can implement your existing
forms and reports or make selections from our library of
options.
- Development
Phase
During the development phase, we
implement the specification. Our staff creates and modifies
screens, writes reports and adjusts navigation to ensure an
efficient workflow. We obtain your feedback through online reviews
and conclude with a final review to verify all design objectives
have been met.
- Launching Your
Solution
Once you've approved the dynamics of
your solution, we prepare user accounts, finalize documentation
and provide training to end users and support personnel. We then
take the application "live" within our data center or transfer it
to your location for launch under our Supported Server
Option.
- Support
Services
With YouthServices IT, your
application will be fully supported and continuously available. We
monitor and update the application to reflect your evolving
requirements. We also provide ongoing Help Desk and Training
services to end users and support personnel.
