A: You are probably familiar with co-ops and price clubs

individual units. MobShop's Group Buying Network extends this same
concept to the Internet. Our Network of community and supplier
partners brings buyers together across the Web to transact as a
group and receive discounted pricing. With MobShop's unique buyer
aggregation service, the same values traditionally accorded only to
large organizations who purchase in volume are extended to
individual buyers like you —without having to purchase 100 rolls of
toilet paper!

Q: Who are your
competitors?
A: To date, there are no true
competitors to the MobShop Network. There are aggregation-based
direct websites, but they do not directly compete with us. The
MobShop Network is a consortium of best-of-breed Web communities and
suppliers who are building the Web's first true group buying
network.

Q: How do you plan to attract
enough buyers to generate true volume savings?
A:
We recognize that the strength of our network lies in our ability to
build critical mass. To that end, we continue to build out the
MobShop Network through aggressive partnerships with vertical,
horizontal, online and real-world communities. We pool together each
of their membership bases so participants enjoy exponential savings
disproportionate to the size of their organizations. Since volume
drives our prices down, our customers have incentive to leverage our
Click & TellSM email campaign to bring
new people into the Buy-Cycle.

Q: Do you have plans to expand your
offering to different product types and services?
A: Absolutely. There is no limit to the type and quantity of
products and services MobShop can offer. As long as our customers
can derive value from volume purchasing, we will consider plugging
any supplier partner into the Network.

Q: How do you make
money?
A: The Network charges its supplier
partners on a per-transaction basis, so suppliers pay a small
percentage of each sale price to MobShop. The community partners and
customers are not charged when they participate in the MobShop
Network.

Q: What is a
"Buy-CycleSM"?
A:
Buy-Cycles are finite periods during which buyers pool their
purchasing power in order to receive substantial discounts on
particular products. This cycle is visually represented by a
continuously-updated graph tracking the current number of buyers and
the current price per unit.
Each Buy-Cycle is divided into volume price tiers. After each
tier reaches a pre-designated number of buyers, the price drops
incrementally to the next level until a final target priced is
attained.

Q: Once a customer joins a
Buy-Cycle, is he/she required to purchase the product at the price
at which he/she has joined? What if the price drops after he/she has
signed up?
A: When you join a Buy-Cycle, you
commit to purchasing the product at a price no higher than the one
listed when you joined. However, due to the MobShop Network's unique
buying structure, the price will only stay the same or drop even
lower than when you joined. Your credit card is billed after the
Buy-Cycle closes and the product ships. Most often, you will
actually pay less for the product than the price at which you
enrolled.

Q: Is there any way to back out of
a Buy-Cycle once a customer has joined?
A: To
ensure an accurate count of units sold in each pricing tier, we need
you to commit to the Buy-Cycle. However, if you do not wish to
purchase a product at its current price, we give you two options:
Buyer FlashSM means we will send
you an email notification when the price hits the tier in which you
are interested in, or when the Buy-Cycle is about to close. Save
a SpotSM holds back your order until
the price reaches a level you're hoping to pay. We will only bill
you if the product reaches the price you select (important
note: Save a Spot orders ALWAYS count towards filling a
designated buying tier).

Q: Does the MobShop Network take
responsibility for customer support and product return
issues?
A: First and foremost we are buyer
advocates. So, while all product support is subject to the terms and
conditions of the product's supplier, the MobShop Network will
represent your interests to the supplier if you are not satisfied
with the level of service you receive. Additionally, we maintain a
full customer service team should you have any questions during your
purchasing process.

Q: How do Community Partners plug
into the MobShop Network?
A: There are two ways
for communities to get connected to the MobShop Network. For many
partners, we build a privately-branded group buying experience. It
exists as a wholly integrated feature to their websites, consistent
with their look, feel, manner and brand. This means that customers
never have to leave their own community's environment to transact on
the MobShop Network, which increases their comfort level with the
process and their loyalty to the community providing the value of
group buying. Other Community Partners are encouraged to join our
affiliate program, wherein we offer attractive revenue incentives
coupled with a wide variety of options on how to plug in to the
Network.

Q: How do Supplier Partners plug
into the Network?
A: The MobShop Network offers
suppliers a fast and easy means to sell in volume to a broad
customer base, to gain new customers to whom they can market and to
collect valuable data on purchasing trends around their products.
Integration is fast and easy: MobShop charges each credit card and
sends customer order information to our Supplier Partner. Suppliers
fulfill each order and provide customer service.
