Product Overview
CitySpan’s
software addresses the needs of two audiences. Service
providers use our Client Management System to track
participation in their programs and make more informed
decisions about their service offerings. Grant makers
use our Grant Management System to organize service
agreements, review participation in social programs and
make strategic decisions about the allocation of funds.
Typically these capabilities are provided by
separate vendors specializing in either “client
management” or “grant management” systems. CitySpan is
the only vendor to fully support both capabilities and
make them available online, from any web browser.
For Service Providers
CitySpan's
Client Management System is a highly configurable and
efficient tool for tracking services. Our system helps
providers meet all of their data management challenges:
registering clients, scheduling programs, recording
attendance and evaluating results. The system supports
classroom activities, case management, drop-ins and
outreach, and can be adjusted to reflect a unique
program structure. In fact, our software has been
configured to reflect over 50 program designs.
For Grant Makers
CitySpan’s Grant
Management System is a flexible web-based documentation
system that gives grant makers a single point of storage
for all form-based communications. By automating data
collection and reporting, the system lets grant makers
focus on policy making and program evaluation, rather
than paper processing and number crunching. Our platform
supports proposal review, project scoping, budgeting,
invoicing and performance reporting. Like our Client
Management System, the grants solution can be configured
to meet any unique program design.
Integration Framework
While
CitySpan's client and grant management systems are
designed as stand-alone applications (separate
engineering teams make sure each system leads the
industry in terms of features, flexibility and user
satisfaction), they can also be integrated. Using
CitySpan's Integration Framework, organizations can
demonstrate to funders the positive benefits of their
investments, and grantors can translate this data into
evaluations, cost-benefit analyses, community impact
assessments and achievement reports
