Leadership Team
Mark
Min, Chief Executive Officer CitySpan’s
founder and lead application developer, Mark brings to
CitySpan 15 years of experience developing database
software, as well as a background in policy, planning
and implementation. Mark gives CitySpan a broad,
national vision of how technology can be used to
strengthen social service programs. He holds a Master of
Urban and Regional Planning degree from the University
of California, Berkeley.
Clareann
Grimaldi, VP and Director of Marketing A
seasoned researcher and systems developer with 20 years
of experience in education and social policy. Clareann
manages marketing, client relations, product strategy
and training. Prior to joining CitySpan, Clareann worked
as a staff consultant for MDRC, a nonprofit, nonpartisan
social policy research organization, where she was
director of systems development for a national study of
four models of youth programs. Clareann holds a
doctorate in Education and Technology from Columbia
University.
Cynthia Anderson, Director
of Business Development Cynthia has over 15
years experience designing and implementing technology
solutions for Fortune 500 companies. Prior to working
for CitySpan, Cynthia worked as a senior systems
engineer for MCI. Cynthia holds a BA in Information
Systems from Morgan State University and is a Microsoft
Certified Professional.
Tim Herrera,
Chief Technical Officer A certified systems
administrator with seven years of experience managing
computer systems for public and private agencies, Tim is
responsible for CitySpan’s application development
environment, servers, network, and security systems. Tim
holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of
California, Berkeley.
Kenneth Knowles,
Chief Information Architect A software
architect with expertise in C++, Visual Basic and HTML,
Kenneth oversees application development, including
database design, code authoring and interface
implementation. Kenneth holds a BS in Electrical
Engineering and Computer Science from the University of
California, Berkeley.
