However, word of mouth keeps this neighborhood eatery hopping, as does their veggie burrito, which won the 26th annual Best of the Bay award. Also useful is Botana's Internet burrito delivery site (burritodelivery.com), which features a burrito-and-sides-only menu sped to your door in only 30 minutes (traffic permitting). Owned by Cynthia and Tony, two of the nicest people you're likely to meet, Botana features fat cabbage-stuffed burritos and soft tacos, quesadillas, fresh guacamole and more-all entirely homemade, including their soft and flavorful wheat tortillas and outstanding mole. The service is friendly-they know most customers by name-and the décor is clean and simple, if a little under-lit.
